Didn't know it was so s o so tiny that no human can fit in there so mad for twenty something dollars that my pet couldn't fit in there definitely not advertised right.

Do NOT do business with this seller. I placed the order on 1/4/25. Immediately after seeing the expected delivery date I messaged and requested the order be cancelled because it would not arrive on time. That message was sent 30 minutes after placing the order. The seller never responded. I messaged again the following day and again no response. Two weeks later the item arrived again with no communication from seller. I was never notified that she was shipping it. The item is of no use to me and a waste of my money. It is personalized so no use to anyone else either. There is no way she had personalized within 30 minutes of placing my order and therefore should have cancelled with my first request to do so. Both of my messages were completely ignored, no response at all
